Based in our Milan office, you will be part of the Strategy & Program Management team and play a key role in supporting our strategy and planning activities. This is a unique opportunity to learn how to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end in a leading tech company. You'll gain hands-on experience in identifying and solving problems that impact our users, creating reports, and presenting results to senior stakeholders.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role
Support the Strategy & Program Management team in planning and executing cross-functional projects to improve our end-user experience.- Map and analyze issues affecting our users and provide actionable insights.- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and customer journey strategies.- Prepare reports and deliver impactful presentations for senior stakeholders.
What will you bring to the table?
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Collaborative mindset and the ability to interact with various teams and senior stakeholders.- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with data analysis tools and basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
This can be a curricular or extracurricular stage, that cover the cost of 600 euro per month + 7 euro of ticket restaurant per day. Length of the stage is of 6 months (some flexibility).
