The activity of SIX domain : mission critical solutions and applications for assets and citizens security (supervision, control and information management systems) as well as cybersecurity. Thales offers solutions to protect the information systems and critical data of its civilian and military customers and helps its customers to detect and prevent cyberattacks by devising secure architectures from the design stage, overseeing these architectures and ensures that they are kept in secure working order. Italy is Thales Group’s competence centre for Airport security and operations management solutions.

JOB OBJECTIVE

Il Project Manager per progetti nel settore Difesa assicura l’adempimento di tutti gli obiettivi contrattuali, tecnici, operativi e finanziari (vendite, AGM) nei tempi, nel budget e con l’atteso livello di qualità, guidando l’implementazione del progetto con le relative funzioni aziendali.

In aggiunta alle attività di progetto il Project Manager in THALES ITALIA ricopre la responsabilità di Direttore Tecnico di Cantiere per la sicurezza HSE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programmare, pianificare e coordinare, interfacciandosi con il Cliente, i componenti del team e le
• funzioni aziendali, le attività e le risorse del progetto per il compimento degli obiettivi di progetto (milestone contrattuali);
• Gestire ed assicurare la soddisfazione del Cliente (qualità e tempo) e perseguire miglioramenti continui;
• Gestire i termini contrattuali del progetto;
• Gestire con efficacia le criticità e la risoluzione dei problemi
• Organizzare e pianificare il progetto con tool appositi di gestione (i.e. Primavera, Project);
• Gestire documentazione tecnica, in collaborazione con l’ingegneria;
• Programmare e coordinare le attività specifiche del progetto e dei suoi prodotti, interfacciandosi con i fornitori e l’ingegneria;
• Verificare l’avanzamento delle attività di progetto, in riferimento al planning previsto;
• Monitorare mensilmente i criteri di profitto del progetto ed identificare / mettere in atto i necessari

piani d’azione per massimizzarne l’efficienza.

Assicurare l’aderenza delle risorse ai valori-chiave aziendali, al Codice Etico, Chorus e normative di Health, Security, Safety, Environnement (HSE).
