YOUR MISSION : The mission of this role will be to support the Education & Events Department, ensuring organisation and operational management of the events and budget, with the aim of guaranteeing the highest standards of business success and strengthening affiliation with the Davines brand, while monitoring National Training and Branding Events in alignment with our ethical and sustainable values. WHAT YOU WILL DO : Supporting the Head of Education on the Davines affiliation and partnership Programs (Education, Marketing, Inspirational Events travelling across Italy and abroad); Logistics and activity planning : material shipments, location reservation; Creating brochures, presentations, videos and materials to support the delivery of the Education program; Supporting the growth and positioning of our salons by guaranteeing unique experiences in education and services in line with the Hair Care Division objectives, Brand values and business objectives; Support in defining and designing the affiliation projects and the sales proposal in line with the Sales Direction and the Education department; Managing the event organizational processes (activities, calendar, location search, etc.), project budget and related sales objectives; Acting as the reference person for projects both for our clients and for our sales team, ensuring the management of the related activities (courses, events, coaching); Acting as a bridge between Sales, Education, and Trade Marketing teams to align projects, train Sales teams through activities, and promote Hair Care Division and Davines Group initiatives. Presenting digitally and on stage the Hair Care Division Projects related to the Education & events department. WHO YOU ARE : 2 years of Experience in trade marketing, education or sales roles; Passionate about the Beauty / Professional Hair Care Industry; Empathy and willingness to support the sales force and customers (presentations, sales proposals, etc.); Proactive attitude to innovate the service offer with a creative mindset; Great analytical skills and precise approach; Flexible, hands-on and practical mindset; Time management and scheduling competencies; High social and interpersonal communication skills; Open-minded and international approach; Willingness to travel and work during weekends if needed; Fluent in English is mandatory.
