The Rome Business School is looking fora a Communication Specialist Intern to join the Marketing team and assist in the daily communication and PR activities. The person we are looking for has a journalistic background, he / she is capable of using social media, attentive to trends in the digital world, and with an interest in new technologies. In addition to this, he / she is capable of editing excellent written content, creating engaging video content such as reels and video interviews and photographic content for coverage of on campus events.

Main Responsabilities :

  • Interviewing Faculty Members, Students, Partner Companies and extracting both video and written articles (commentaries / opinion articles / video interviews etc.);
  • Creation and publishing of reels and stories
  • Scouting of topics for interview and content creation;
  • Benchmarking competitors on press and social media;
  • Attending corporate events to collect photo / video / quotes / other contents;
  • Creating and uploading contents on WordPress and MailUp platforms;
  • Expanding the RBS press contacts database.

Requisitos

Requirements :

  • Education : Laurea Triennale / Magistrale / Journalism Course
  • Idioms : Knowledge of C1 English, mother tongue Italian
  • Tools : Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the making of interviews and distribution of contents to media and social media audience
  • Able to generate video content : for example, filming and editing simple video content generated on campus, both vertical and horizontal, for reels and YouTube
  • Ability and interpersonal skills needed in order to obtain and lead interviews
  • Able to generate written content : for example, writing articles for the website, adapting existing content and uploading it to the website
  • Management and use of mailing platforms
  • Expertise in social media management : creation, editing and publishing of social media post / reels / stories
  • Excellent writing, editing, copywriting and interpersonal skills
  • The role requires professionalism, organizational and collaborative skills, accuracy, meeting deadlines and punctual delivery of content and reporting, time management.

  • Proactiveness and ability to find newsworthy topics for interviews and media content dissemination
  • Proactiveness and ability to find and put in practice social media innovative solutions to engage the audience
