Air Logistics Customer Care Trainee

Air Logistics Customer Care is part of a team in the Customer Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities.

Your Role

Stage Level for CCL daily job. Deal with customer onboarding and implementation to ensure customer requirements are transferred into KN systems so that Operational Care & Global Services are clearly informed about deliverables. Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within corporate guidelines for pricing, up-selling, and requisite follow-up and closure.

Your Responsibilities

Manage the monitoring of customer shipments to provide proactive updates to customers and solve problems by collaborating with other stakeholders in anticipation of customer complaints.
